OUR APARTMENTS
Our property is a Tuscan farmhouse located on a charming panoramic hill with the Valdichiana in the background, serving as a beautiful backdrop, and just a few steps from Cortona, the noble and ancient Etruscan city. Set in a large 10,000 sqm green park, the vacation home includes three comfortable apartments, each different from the other, to meet the various needs of our guests.
Proposed Activities
For sports vacation enthusiasts, there are plenty of attractions: from tennis and golf courts to the nearby lake for sport fishing, and a riding school just 3 km away. But above all, we highlight the new “drainage path” just 1 km away: a recently enhanced bike path that connects Chiusi to Arezzo along a completely flat 62 km route on the ancient road once used for the maintenance of the Canale Maestro della Chiana.
Our vacation home also serves as an excellent base for trips to various points of interest, thanks to its privileged location, making it perfect for those interested in cultural vacations. Finally, for those seeking total relaxation, our vast park is available, with an olive grove, a pine forest equipped with children’s play areas, and a large garden filled with a variety of plants and flowers. At the center, there is a beautiful 7×14 m swimming pool with Roman steps, fully equipped for guests.
